Yummy receipe of Chocolate Pastry

Ingredients for the dough

* 15 eggs
* 300 grams of white flour
* 300 grams of sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
* 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Ingredients for topping

* 200 grams butter
* 2 cups fresh cream
* 100 grams powdered sugar
1 cup sugar syrup
* 300 grams of cooking chocolate
* May 4 tablespoons powdered sugar

Way

1. For the pastry, mix 15 eggs, 300 grams flour, 300 grams sugar, 1 tablespoon baking powder and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder and knead the dough well. Place in oven for 15 minutes at 220 C.
2. For the above mix 200 grams of white butter, fresh cup cream, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder and 4 to 5 tablespoons powdered sugar and mix. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator.
3. Melt 300 grams of chocolate and mix in a cup of whipped cream and 3 to 4 tablespoons butter cream to a paste. Do offer a cup of sugar syrup and set aside.
4. Once your sponge is ready, make a layer of sugar syrup in the middle of the sponge. Coat with butter cream and a low of cooking chocolate on top.
5. Decorate with remaining cream butter and cut into rectangles of desired size.

2. Pineapple Cream cake

Ingredients for sponge

* 4 Eggs
* Caster sugar 4 oz
* 4 ounces flour
* 1 teaspoon Bread
1 teaspoon vanilla

Ingredients for filling

* The 1 can pineapple facts
* Powdered sugar 2 oz
Fresh * 12 ounces cream
Cup pineapple syrup *
Cherry * required

Sponge Method

1. Beat 4 eggs and 4 grams of sugar until light and fluffy, 1 teaspoon vanilla, fold in the sifted flour 4 oz and 1 teaspoon baking powder mixture, spread mixture to add in a well greased 9x9 inch square pan, bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C.
2. Remove and cool, cut the cake into two halves of the center, brush in the cup pineapple syrup, spread with whipped cream 12 grams, one can top with pineapple chunks, cover the second half of the sponge.
3. Brush with syrup of pineapple, top with whipped cream cake, cut into cakes, decorate with swirls of fresh cream, cherries and pineapple cubes and serve chilled.
