Follow some simple tips and Ideas to avoig gaining weight after Christmas

Even if you do not have the weight given once, you can not exclude the possibility of getting a few pounds at the end of the Christmas season. Parties, cookies and drinks flow in abundance and large quantities at Christmas parties could make you a great stomach to acquire by the time Christmas is over! So how do you make yourself stay in shape during the holidays?

Before the full blame on the poor July Turkey and take it to your shopping list, remember that it is not responsible for the holiday weight gain, nor are they germinate, but it's calorie snacks between meals you eat your weight. And if you eat Christmas pudding, mince pies and chocolate, there is no way you will not have some extra pounds to add to your body!

Now it does not mean you deprive yourself of the Christmas spirit out of fear of weight gain! When it comes to food, a little discretion on your part to ensure that you do not win in inches and pounds while at the same time enjoy!

For example, instead of calorie-rich Christmas pudding, why not instead have the low fat or no-fat versions? When it comes to mince pies, just looking for those that do not come with lids cakes, pies, pastry without lids are usually low in calories!

Okay, now it's time for bad news. There are certain foods that you must do to avoid to make sure that you do not gain weight after Christmas. For example, stay away from the Yule log and Christmas cakes. You can replace these high-calorie foods with low calorie substitutes such as raisins, nuts, etc.

At the end of the season, you will feel happy to know that while your colleagues have had stomachs, you need to know to keep you slim and fit!

Can a Christmas celebration without booze? Again, there are some drinks you should avoid, such as alcohol and soda. Wine, especially red wine is best for your health because it is rich in antioxidants to detoxify your body of all toxins. When you drink wine, you can always mix with a low-calorie (sugar free) versions of soft drinks, the way you consume the least amount of calories!

The last thing to remember is that no matter how much your food intake control, would slip-ups happen if the temptation would be all around you, adding that the fact that during the holidays, your activity is likely to be lower than usual ! Therefore it is important to sort of exercises to add to your daily routine. Exercises will ensure you never get an ounce of fat if you eat a large Christmas cake by accident!
