homemade chocolate frosting

When I first started baking, I thought that making your own frosting would be really difficult. It turns out I was very naive. Making your own frosting is not difficult. Most glaze recipes do not ask for much more than 4 or 5 ingredients, and I usually have everything I need right at your fingertips. A self-made beats a store-bought frosting type every day. And a homemade frosting, special finishing touch to a delicious homemade cakes.

Ingredients:

A stick of organic unsalted butter
1 / 3 C organic cocoa powder
3 C. powdered sugar
1 / 3 C organic milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
To make the frosting is so easy you wonder why you've never done before.

All you have to do is to melt butter and whisk in cocoa powder. Mix in the vanilla flavor, and begin alternately adding 1 cup of sugar with a little milk. Then add the icing sugar and milk until desired consistency and sweetness.

If you're looking to spice up your enamel, or that little bit that makes people ask, give "what is it?" I suggest adding a little lemon or peppermint extract instead of vanilla. You can also add a variety of spices such as cinnamon or chili powder. Be creative! A good tip to remember is if you accidentally you glaze a little too sweet, add some sea salt. It helps cut some of the sweetness of the glaze.

You now have a delicious homemade chocolate frosting, you can use anything you want!
