There are many types of pots can be used in recipes and it is important to use pans suitable for the recipe, baking time and opportunity. There are several basic types of pots with specific applications. 
Spring Form is a kind of pan without a nonstick coating and has a side and bottom parts can be removed. This pan is ideal for recipes like cheesecakes and mousse cakes are often used in casting and layered cakes. The pan is often made out of shiny tin.But new products to market also contains multiple colors outdoors.

The third kind is Savarin. These baking pans are designed Savarin cake. They come in unique shapes and ring pans made of aluminum. Products are baked in pans, which offers interesting and beautiful desserts. 
Another type of pan is round pans. They are usually made of aluminum with or without non-stick coating. They are wonderful for the layered form of cakes and pastries Genoise. Round pots are available in different sizes, with dimensions perfect for cakes from 8.5 to 9.5, 9.5 to 10.5 
There are square tiles, usually made of both aluminum and tin. The standard size of 9 cm by 9 cm by 2 cm is ideal for cooking brownies, bars and segments. The cakes are baked in the pan seems uneven, with the side portion while thinner near the middle section is thicker and mounted.
