Here is a cool Receipe of Chocolate Orange Cake

Perfect cake for gluten intolerant! ...

It's a simple cake to make. Friends and family will absolutely love them. This is one of the most moist cake I have ever eaten. It's a nice citrus decoding accompanied by an ease that only a free cake flour will give you.

6 eggs (free range)
1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
250g ground almond meal
200g sugar wheels
60g cocoa powder
orange zest to decorate top of cake

1st Place the oranges in a saucepan with cold water. Boil and cook for 1 / 2 - 2 hours, or until tender.
2nd Depleted and when cool, the oranges into quarters and remove cores.
3rd All muscles in a helicopter or blender / food processor.
Note: You can cook oranges the night before so they're ready to go
4th Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
5th Grease and line a 20 cm springform tin.
6th Add eggs, baking powder, bicarb soda, almond flour, sugar and chocolate to orange pulp in food processor.
7th Mix again until it is a cohesive cake mixture, but still quite Orange knotty bits.
8th Pour and scrape into the cake tin.
9th Bake for 1 hour - (but check after 45 minutes ... do not let it burn)
10th Tester must come clean.
