425g canned salmon

Oats 100 g dry forest

1 can beans (cannellini, kidney, four bean mix)

1 small onion, grated

2 eggs

Salt and pepper

Handful chopped fresh parsley


Mix all ingredients in blender. Shallow fry in olive oil until crisp and golden. Drain and serve with fresh vegetables and mashed green gem squash



Replace canned salmon or sardines with canned tuna or canned
