Interesting Recipe of Vegan Chocolate Cake

The vegan diet - which is a drastic diet, right? No animal products are allowed at all, including eggs, milk, cream and butter as well as from the menu. This leaves us with not a lot

With this in my head and had to deal with a couple of times in the past with some very nice customers vegan, I came with a real vegan recipe to share in this article. It is a beautiful and moist vegan chocolate cake, which in itself or in some kind of decoration such as vegan chocolate or vanilla sauce or raspberry jam may eat:

Down here the elements for about 4-5 cakes this delicious recipe is required:

Light whole wheat flour: 220g
Plain cake flour: 225g
Potato flour: 100g (wet cake around)
Yeast: 18G
Soda: 10g
Cocoa powder: 165g
Salt: 5g
Soy milk: 500g (rice or oat milk can be used instead)
Corn oil: 260g
Rice malt syrup: 1000g
Cider Vinegar: 7G
Vanilla essence 10g

Method:

First, the stove, as always, with temperature control to 180 ยบ C (356 ° F). Spray-grease about 4 or 5 cake pans then place a round piece of parchment paper under each of them. Then start by sifting the flour, potatoes flour, baking powder and baking soda together, then add all the four food levels last seen without them. Mix thoroughly. In a saucepan, heat the soy milk over low heat. If it is slightly bubbling, add the sifted cocoa powder and whisk well until it is solved. Remove from heat. Combine the other liquid ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add to cocoa mixture and combine. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

Divide the dough into the prepared cake pans. Each cake form should be filled about 2 / 3 of the height. Place in preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. If your oven has a ventilation shaft, they are closed during the first half of the jaw and then open it for the 2nd Half. With a small knife used in chocolate sponge comes out clean, they get out of the oven and leave for a few minutes. When they have cooled take you and set it over the cooling wire.
